The answer to this question is all about brainstorming … ideas, ideas, ideas.  And remember here, ideas are just that: ideas.  You are not committing to these ideas yet, you are not placing these ideas into your strategic plan or implementing them right now.  You are just looking for as many options as possible to overcome the challenges you’ve identified. Let loose, have fun, brainstorm!

Disciplined, rigorous, and joyous brainstorming will result in the break through, creative idea you need to transform into the innovative solution you’ll end up using, which we’ll discuss during the 5th question tomorrow.
